Years ago I met you on FreeTel (July, 1996) along with your sister and spunky younger brother (:

You might remember me as Derek... from Vancouver.

It just so happens that today, of all days, I was cleaning up some old files on one of my computers and I found an old database of friends... which you were in (:

So I thought I would see if you had written a book yet because if I remember correct, it was your mother or grandmother who said there are 3 things you must do in life, one of which is to write a book. Personally, I am up to 4 books now and so you have a ways to go in order to catch up to me LOL although your blog is well written and may count as having written a book (:

In doing a quick search I soon discovered that you got married last year. This indeed was such a pleasant surprise and Blake is obviously a very lucky man... but apparently, it is you that is even luckier to have found him (: WOW what great news this was to see and read about. Me so happy for you!

I tell ya Danielle, when I saw that smile on your face in your wedding photo... well, not even the Mona Lisa can smile that well.

I also discovered that you have been "sick" as others would describe it.

But you know Danielle, what you probably don't know (or remember), is that when I first chatted with you online is that I was quite "sick" at that time.

I am not sure if I ever told you this, but the great pleasure and joy of chatting with you at that time helped me heal and recover. There was no doubt that you, and a few others, all helped put a smile on my face by reminding me of the joy of life... and for this, I have always been thankful... and that's why I have not forgotten you even after all these years.

I hope that this short message from an old friend puts a smile on your face too... just as you did all those years ago for me (:

Obrigado Amiga
buleganteng _at_ yahoo dot comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
